Title XIV: Victims' delegate judge, chairman of the compensation commission for victims of offences

The Victim Delegate Judge verifies the conditions under which the civil parties are informed of their rights at the end of the hearing in accordance with the provisions of Article D. 48-3.

As part of the performance of their duties, the Victim Delegate Judge participates, under the authority of the President of the Judicial Court and in liaison with the Public Prosecutor, in the development and implementation of coordinated victim support schemes within the jurisdiction of the Judicial Court. .

The Victim Delegate Judge draws up an annual report on the exercise of his powers and presents it orally to the general meeting of judges and prosecutors. The president of the judicial court and the public prosecutor will send this report to the first president and the public prosecutor, who will send a summary of the reports for their jurisdiction to the Ministry of Justice.
