The sentenced person’s individual file provided for by Article D. 49-29 is kept by the registry of the Paris enforcement judge. A copy of all or part of this file is kept by the registry of the competent sentence enforcement judge pursuant to article 712-10.

Le dossier individuel du condamné prévu par l’article D. 49-29 est tenu par le greffe du juge de l’application des peines de Paris. Une copie de tout ou partie de ce dossier est tenue par le greffe du juge de l’application des peines compétent en application de l’article 712-10.
