Article D5132-10-5 of the French Labour Code

People aged at least fifty-seven who are experiencing social and professional difficulties may enter into an open-ended inclusion contract with an integration enterprise, as provided for in article L. 5132-5-1 , at the end of a minimum period of twelve months following the start of their integration programme through economic activity.

This contract is concluded after the integration company has examined the person’s employment situation and the support and training provided under the previous fixed-term contract concluded in application of the first paragraph of article L. 5132-5.

Article D5132-10-5

Les personnes âgées d’au moins cinquante-sept ans rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles peuvent conclure avec une entreprise d’insertion le contrat à durée indéterminée d’inclusion prévu à l’article L. 5132-5-1 à l’issue d’un délai minimal de douze mois après le début de leur parcours d’insertion par l’activité économique.

Ce contrat est conclu après examen par l’entreprise d’insertion de la situation de la personne au regard de l’emploi et des actions d’accompagnement et de formation effectuées dans le cadre du contrat à durée déterminée précédent conclu en application du premier alinéa de l’article L. 5132-5.
