Article D5135-5 of the French Labour Code

During the work experience period, the host company will appoint a person to help, inform, guide and assess the beneficiary.

In the event of an accident occurring during or at the location of the work placement, or during the journey made by the beneficiary, the host structure shall inform the support structure within twenty-four hours at the latest. The support structure will forward the information without delay to the employer, if the beneficiary is an employee, or, if not, to the prescriber, either of whom will declare the accident at work within forty-eight hours.

Pendant la période de mise en situation en milieu professionnel, la structure d’accueil désigne une personne chargée d’aider, d’informer, de guider et d’évaluer le bénéficiaire.


En cas d’accident survenant au cours ou sur le lieu de la mise en situation en milieu professionnel, ou pendant le trajet effectué par le bénéficiaire, la structure d’accueil informe au plus tard dans les vingt-quatre heures la structure d’accompagnement. La structure d’accompagnement transmet l’information sans délai à l’employeur, si le bénéficiaire est salarié ou, dans le cas contraire, au prescripteur, qui procèdent l’un ou l’autre dans les quarante-huit heures à la déclaration d’accident du travail.
