Article D6121-7 of the French Public Health Code

The quantitative targets for healthcare provision mentioned in Article D. 6121-6 are expressed for healthcare activities:

1° By zones defined in 2° of the I of article L. 1434-3:

-number of establishments providing a given healthcare activity, as defined in article R. 6122-25;

-the number of facilities and services providing psychiatric care, as defined by order of the Minister for Health;

2° In addition to these methods, the objectives may also be expressed, by zone, in the following way:

-maximum access time, in a health territory, to an establishment carrying out one of the care activities defined in article R. 6122-25.

Les objectifs quantitatifs de l’offre de soins mentionnés à l’article D. 6121-6 sont exprimés pour les activités de soins :

1° Par zones définies au 2° du I de l’article L. 1434-3 :

-nombre d’implantations assurant une activité de soins déterminée, définie à l’article R. 6122-25 ;

-nombre d’implantations des équipements et services assurant une activité de psychiatrie, définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé ;

2° Outre ces modalités, les objectifs peuvent également être exprimés, par zone, de la manière suivante :

-temps maximum d’accès, dans un territoire de santé, à un établissement exerçant l’une des activités de soins définies à l’article R. 6122-25.
