Article D6124-13 of the French Public Health Code

The intervention team of the mobile emergency and resuscitation structure comprises at least one doctor, one nurse and one driver or pilot.

The driver fulfils the conditions laid down in 1° of article R. 6312-7.

The emergency medical service regulating doctor adapts the composition of the response team to the needs of the patient, if necessary taking into account the indications given by the doctor attending the patient.

L’équipe d’intervention de la structure mobile d’urgence et de réanimation comprend au moins un médecin, un infirmier et un conducteur ou pilote.

Le conducteur remplit les conditions prévues au 1° de l’article R. 6312-7.

Le médecin régulateur de la structure d’aide médicale urgente adapte, le cas échéant en tenant compte des indications données par le médecin présent auprès du patient, la composition de l’équipe d’intervention aux besoins du patient.
