Article D6124-177-37 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The holder of the authorisation has the following on site:

1° A technical platform for functional respiratory explorations enabling a flow-volume curve to be produced;

2° Access to non-invasive ventilation;

3° Oxygen therapy.

II.-The holder of the authorisation provides access, on site or by agreement:

1° To functional exploration during exercise ;

2° the initiation of non-invasive ventilation.

I.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation dispose, sur site :

1° D’un plateau technique d’explorations fonctionnelles respiratoires permettant la réalisation d’une courbe débit-volume ;

2° D’un accès à la ventilation non invasive ;

3° D’une oxygénothérapie.

II.-Le titulaire de l’autorisation assure l’accès, sur site ou par convention :

1° A l’exploration fonctionnelle à l’exercice ;

2° A la mise en route d’une ventilation non invasive.
