Article D6124-177-39 of the French Public Health Code

The coordinating doctor specialises in :

either in respirology;

– or in physical medicine and rehabilitation, in which case he or she must have training or proven experience in respirology; – or in general medicine, in which case he or she must have training or proven experience in respirology and rehabilitation;

-in general medicine, in which case they must provide evidence of training or experience in respirology and rehabilitation.

In all cases, the authorisation holder must ensure that patients have access to a doctor specialising in respiratory medicine.

Le médecin coordonnateur est spécialisé :

-soit en pneumologie ;

-soit en médecine physique et de réadaptation et justifie dans ce cas d’une formation ou d’une expérience attestée en pneumologie ;

-soit en médecine générale et justifie dans ce cas d’une formation ou d’une expérience attestée en pneumologie et en réadaptation.

Dans tous les cas, le titulaire de l’autorisation assure l’accès des patients à un médecin spécialisé en pneumologie.
