The authorisation holder offers each patient, depending on their clinical condition, treatment in at least two of the following therapeutic practices:

-masso-kinésithérapie;

-ergothérapie;

-orthophonie;

-psychomotricité;

-diététique;

-prise en charge psychologique ;

-Orthoprosthetics.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation propose à chaque patient, selon son état clinique, une prise en charge dans au moins deux pratiques thérapeutiques parmi les pratiques thérapeutiques suivantes :

-masso-kinésithérapie ;

-ergothérapie ;

-orthophonie ;

-psychomotricité ;

-diététique ;

-prise en charge psychologique ;

-orthoprothésie.
