The holder of a critical care authorisation has on site :
1° A computerised bed management tool that is updated daily and interconnected with the regional regulation tools and the tools for collecting data on the supply of critical care ;
2° Digital tools required for telehealth activities;
3° A digital patient file adapted to the organisation of critical care;
4° A flexibility plan for the organisation of its capacity and human resources, enabling it to anticipate an increase in intensive care activity, in the context of seasonal variations or exceptional health situations. This plan includes a training component to build up and maintain a pool of trained healthcare professionals on site to back up the intensive care and resuscitation teams in the event of an exceptional health situation;
5° A formalised organisation for the management of the patients mentioned in I of article R. 6123-34-4;
6° A resuscitation care training plan including a training period for nurses taking up their post in the resuscitation unit, on site and lasting eight weeks, which may be reduced in the event of previous experience in resuscitation.
