Article D6124-94 of the French Public Health Code

Anaesthesia is carried out on the basis of the anaesthetic strategy established in writing and implemented under the responsibility of an anaesthetist, taking into account the results of the pre-anaesthetic consultation and visit mentioned in article D. 6124-92.

The means provided for in 2° of article D. 6124-91 enable the patient to benefit from :

1° Continuous clinical monitoring ;

2° anaesthetic and support equipment adapted to the anaesthetic strategy chosen.

Article D6124-94

L’anesthésie est réalisée sur la base de la stratégie anesthésique établie par écrit et mise en œuvre sous la responsabilité d’un médecin anesthésiste-réanimateur, en tenant compte des résultats de la consultation et de la visite préanesthésiques mentionnées à l’article D. 6124-92.

Les moyens prévus au 2° de l’article D. 6124-91 permettent de faire bénéficier le patient :

1° D’une surveillance clinique continue ;

2° D’un matériel d’anesthésie et de suppléance adapté à la stratégie anesthésique retenue.
