Article D6325-22 of the French Labour Code

In the case of an employment contract concluded with a group of employers, when the user company appoints a tutor, the tasks provided for in article D. 6325-7 may, during the periods of secondment, be entrusted to this tutor.
However, when the employer appoints a tutor, the evaluation of the training follow-up and the liaison with the training organisation or the training service are carried out by this tutor. The conditions laid down in articles D. 6325-6 and D. 6325-9 do not apply to this tutor.

Dans le cas d’un contrat de travail conclu avec un groupement d’employeurs, lorsque l’entreprise utilisatrice désigne un tuteur, les missions prévues à l’article D. 6325-7 peuvent, pendant les périodes de mise à disposition, être confiées à ce tuteur.
Toutefois, lorsque l’employeur désigne un tuteur, l’évaluation du suivi de la formation et la liaison avec l’organisme de formation, ou le service de formation, sont assurées par ce tuteur. Les conditions prévues aux articles D. 6325-6 et D. 6325-9 ne s’appliquent pas à ce tuteur.
