The amount of the ceiling mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 7342-2 is equal to the contribution due in respect of the voluntary insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases provided for inarticle L. 743-1 of the Social Security Code, calculated on the basis of the minimum wage provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 434-16 of the same code.
Le montant du plafond mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 7342-2 est égal à la cotisation due au titre de l’assurance volontaire des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles prévue à l’article L. 743-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, calculée sur la base du salaire minimum prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 434-16 du même code.
