The chairman of the Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires or his alternate shall receive, subject to an annual ceiling, a fixed allowance for each meeting of the commission he chairs.

The members of the commission other than the chairman or his alternate shall receive, subject to an annual ceiling, either a fixed allowance for each meeting of the commission they attend, or a fixed allowance for each meeting of the commission they attend.
The members and alternates of the committee other than the chairman will receive, subject to an annual ceiling, either a flat-rate allowance for each meeting of the committee they attend, or a flat-rate allowance for the reports for which they are commissioned by the chairman.

The two members of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and their alternates, appointed to perform the duties of Government Commissioner to the committee, will receive, subject to an annual ceiling, a flat-rate allowance for each meeting they attend.

The amount of these allowances and their annual ceilings are set by a joint order of the Minister of Justice, the Minister for the Civil Service and the Minister for the Budget.

Le président de la Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires ou son suppléant perçoit, dans la limite d’un plafond annuel, une indemnité forfaitaire pour chaque séance de la commission qu’il préside.

Les membres de la commission titulaires ou suppléants autres que le président perçoivent, dans la limite d’un plafond annuel, soit une indemnité forfaitaire pour chaque séance de la commission à laquelle ils participent, soit une indemnité forfaitaire pour les rapports dont ils sont chargés par le président.

Les deux magistrats du parquet titulaires et leur suppléant, désignés pour exercer les fonctions de commissaire du Gouvernement auprès de la commission, perçoivent, dans la limite d’un plafond annuel, une indemnité forfaitaire pour chaque séance à laquelle ils participent.

Le montant de ces indemnités et leurs plafonds annuels sont fixés par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, du ministre chargé de la fonction publique et du ministre chargé du budget.
