The provisions of articles L. 111-1 and L. 111-2 shall apply without prejudice to special consumer information provisions specific to certain activities.
The provisions of Article L. 111-2 do not apply to the services referred to in Books I to III and Title V of Book V of the Monetary and Financial Code, or to transactions carried out by companies governed by the Insurance Code, by the supplementary occupational pension funds referred to in Article L. 381-1 of the same code, by mutual societies and unions governed by Book II of the Mutual Code, by mutual societies and unions for supplementary professional retirement mentioned in Article L. 214-1 of the same code, by the provident institutions and unions governed by Title III of Book IX of the Social Security Code and by the supplementary professional retirement institutions referred to in Article L. 942-1 of the same code.
