Article L123-42 of the French Commercial code

The decision to enter a piece of information or the declaration that a document has been deposited in the Trade and Companies Register, the Special Register of Commercial Agents or the Special Register of Sole Proprietorships with Limited Liability by the Registrar of the Commercial Court or the Court of First Instance ruling in commercial matters, after carrying out the checks required of him in these matters, validates the entry of this information or the deposit of this document in the National Register of Companies.

La décision d’inscription d’une information ou le constat du dépôt d’une pièce au registre du commerce et des sociétés, au registre spécial des agents commerciaux ou au registre spécial des entreprises individuelles à responsabilité limitée par le greffier du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale, après réalisation des contrôles qui lui incombent en ces matières, emporte validation de l’inscription de cette information ou du dépôt de cette pièce auprès du registre national des entreprises.
