Article L123-55 of the French Commercial code

Where the challenge to the decision relating to the entry of information or the filing of documents in the national register of companies relates to the validation or control of an authority mentioned in sub-section 2 of this section, only the decision of that authority may be challenged before the court with jurisdiction to hear such disputes. The decision of the competent court is enforceable by operation of law against the keeper of the national register of companies.

Lorsque la contestation de la décision relative à l’inscription d’informations ou au dépôt de pièces au registre national des entreprises porte sur la validation ou le contrôle d’une autorité mentionnée à la sous-section 2 de la présente section, seule la décision de cette autorité est susceptible de contestation devant la juridiction compétente pour connaître de ces litiges. La décision de la juridiction compétente est opposable de plein droit au teneur du registre national des entreprises.
