Article L1233-49 of the French Labour Code

When the company does not have a social and economic committee and is required to draw up a job protection plan, this plan and the information intended for the staff representatives mentioned in article L. 1233-31 are communicated to the administrative authority at the same time as the notification of the redundancy project. In addition, the plan is brought to the attention of employees by any means at the workplace.

Lorsque l’entreprise est dépourvue de comité social et économique et est soumise à l’obligation d’établir un plan de sauvegarde de l’emploi, ce plan ainsi que les informations destinées aux représentants du personnel mentionnées à l’article L. 1233-31 sont communiqués à l’autorité administrative en même temps que la notification du projet de licenciement. En outre, le plan est porté à la connaissance des salariés par tout moyen sur les lieux de travail.
