Article L1254-25 of the French Labour Code

The freelance administration company sets up and manages an activity account for each supported employee.

The ported employee is informed once a month of the items charged to this account, and in particular:

1° Of any payments made by the client company to the portage company in respect of the performance of its service;

2° Of details of management fees;

3° Of professional expenses;

4° Of social security and tax deductions;

5° Of net remuneration;

6° The amount of the referral fee.

L’entreprise de portage salarial met en place et gère pour chaque salarié porté un compte d’activité.


Le salarié porté est informé une fois par mois des éléments imputés sur ce compte, et notamment :


1° De tout versement effectué par l’entreprise cliente à l’entreprise de portage au titre de la réalisation de sa prestation ;


2° Du détail des frais de gestion ;


3° Des frais professionnels ;


4° Des prélèvements sociaux et fiscaux ;


5° De la rémunération nette ;


6° Du montant de l’indemnité d’apport d’affaire.
