An administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and up to €75,000 for a legal person shall be imposed for failure to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 February 2018 on addressing unjustified geographic blocking and other forms of discrimination based on the nationality, residence or place of establishment of customers in the internal market and amending Regulations (EC) No 2006/2004 and (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive 2009/22/ EC, consisting of:
1° Blocking or restricting a customer’s access to an online interface or redirecting them without their consent to a different version of the interface that they initially wished to access, in breach of the prohibitions laid down in Article 3 of the same Regulation;
2° Applying general terms and conditions of access to goods and services in breach of Article 4 of the said Regulation;

Applying general terms and conditions of access to goods and services in breach of Article 4 of the said Regulation
3° Applying discriminatory terms of payment in breach of Article 5 of that Regulation;
This fine will be imposed in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Regulation.
This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V of this Code.
