Any professional who disregards the prohibitions set out in 1° to 3° of article L. 121-23 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a natural person and 75,000 euros for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Le fait pour tout professionnel de méconnaître les interdictions prévues aux 1° à 3° de l’article L. 121-23 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 euros pour une personne physique et 75 000 euros pour une personne morale.
Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
