Article L1335-3 of the French Public Health Code

Any operator of an installation generating water aerosols not covered by a regulation established under the nomenclature of classified installations for environmental protection mentioned in article L. 511-2 of the Environment Code is required to make facilities available to the public that comply with the hygiene and design rules laid down by the decree referred to in article L. 1335-5 of this code.

Tout exploitant d’une installation générant des aérosols d’eau ne relevant pas d’une réglementation établie au titre de la nomenclature des installations classées pour la protection de l’environnement mentionnée à l’article L. 511-2 du code de l’environnement est tenu de mettre à la disposition du public des installations satisfaisant aux règles d’hygiène et de conception fixées par le décret mentionné à l’article L. 1335-5 du présent code.
