Article L1337-6 of the French Public Health Code

The following is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500:

1° Failing to comply with a formal notice issued pursuant to Article L. 1333-31 ;

2° Failing to communicate, in application of article L. 1333-16 , the information required to update the national file of radioactive sources mentioned in article L. 1333-5.

Article L1337-6

Est puni de six mois d’emprisonnement et d’une amende de 7 500 € le fait :

1° De ne pas se conformer à une mise en demeure prise en application de l’article L. 1333-31 ;

2° De ne pas communiquer en application de l’article L. 1333-16 les informations nécessaires à la mise à jour du fichier national des sources radioactives mentionné à l’article L. 1333-5.
