Article L1441-1 of the French Public Health Code

In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the powers devolved to the regional health agencies are exercised, under the authority of the State representative, by a decentralised State department reporting to the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled, known as the “territorial health administration”. ”

The State representative exercises the powers devolved to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

The State representative and the director of the social security fund shall enter into an agreement organising their collaboration and setting out, in particular, the conditions under which the social security fund will assist with the tasks devolved to the territorial health administration and the resources mobilised in this context.

A Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les compétences dévolues aux agences régionales de santé sont exercées, sous l’autorité du représentant de l’Etat, par un service déconcentré de l’Etat relevant des ministres chargés de la santé, de l’assurance maladie, des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées, dénommé ” administration territoriale de santé. ”

Le représentant de l’Etat exerce les compétences dévolues au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Le représentant de l’Etat et le directeur de la caisse de prévoyance sociale concluent une convention qui organise leur collaboration et qui prévoit notamment les conditions dans lesquelles la caisse de prévoyance sociale apporte son concours aux missions dévolues à l’administration territoriale de santé et les moyens mobilisés dans ce cadre.
