Article L1531-1 of the French Labour Code

The employment contract of employees of companies established in a department of mainland France, in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and carrying out their activity in Wallis and Futuna is governed by the legal or contractual provisions applicable to the company employing them for a maximum period of twenty-four months.
