Article L1531-3 of the French Labour Code

Article L. 1226-1 applies to employees of a company or establishment located in mainland France or in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon who have been treated in New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna or the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
