Article L1542-5 of the French Public Health Code

Title III of Book II of this Part is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, with the exception of articles L. 1231-1 A, L. 1233-3, L. 1233-4, L. 1234-3-1, L. 1234-4, L. 1235-1, with the exception of the last paragraph, L. 1235-5 and L. 1235-7 and subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.

Articles L. 1231-1, L. 1231-3 and L. 1231-4 are applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021 on bioethics and subject to the adaptations provided for in Article L. 1542-6.

Article L. 1231-2 is applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021 on bioethics.

Articles L. 1232-1 and L. 1232-6 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016, subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.

Articles L. 1232-2 and L. 1235-2 shall apply in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021 on bioethics.

Article L1542-5

Le titre III du livre II de la présente partie est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, à l’exception des articles L. 1231-1 A, L. 1233-3, L. 1233-4, L. 1234-3-1, L. 1234-4, L. 1235-1, à l’exception du dernier alinéa, L. 1235-5 et L. 1235-7 et sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

Les articles L. 1231-1, L. 1231-3 et L. 1231-4 y sont applicables dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021 relative à la bioéthique et sous réserve des adaptations prévues à l’article L. 1542-6.

L’article L. 1231-2 est applicable en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021 relative à la bioéthique.

Les articles L. 1232-1 et L. 1232-6 sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016, et sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

Les articles L. 1232-2 et L. 1235-2 sont applicables en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021 relative à la bioéthique.
