Article L161-2 of the French Tourism Code

The rules relating to the creation of public establishments responsible for ensuring the implementation of projects of interest to the region and the operation of regional public services in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and La Réunion are defined in article L. 4433-2 of the General Code of Territorial Authorities, which is reproduced below:

“Art.L. 4433-2 of the General Code of Territorial Authorities.

The Regional Councils of Guadeloupe, Mayotte and La Réunion may set up public establishments known as agencies, responsible for the implementation of projects of interest to the region and the operation of regional public services. “

Les règles relatives à la création d’établissements publics chargés d’assurer la réalisation des projets intéressant la région ainsi que le fonctionnement des services publics régionaux de Guadeloupe, de Guyane, de Martinique et de La Réunion sont définies à l’article L. 4433-2 du code général des collectivités territoriales ci-après reproduit :

” Art.L. 4433-2 du code général des collectivités territoriales.

Les conseils régionaux de Guadeloupe, de Mayotte et de La Réunion peuvent créer des établissements publics dénommés agences, chargés d’assurer la réalisation des projets intéressant la région ainsi que le fonctionnement des services publics régionaux. “
