Article L1861-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In accordance with II of Article 43 of Organic Law no. 2004-192 of 27 February 2004 on the autonomous status of French Polynesia, communes and their groupings may grant aid to companies, under the conditions defined by the acts provided for in article 140 of the organic law referred to as “lois du pays” and the regulations enacted by French Polynesia.

Conformément au II de l’article 43 de la loi organique n° 2004-192 du 27 février 2004 portant statut d’autonomie de la Polynésie française, les communes et leurs groupements peuvent accorder des aides à des entreprises, dans les conditions définies par les actes prévus à l’article 140 de la loi organique dénommés ” lois du pays ” et la réglementation édictée par la Polynésie française.
