Article L211-21 of the French Tourism Code

When the service provider provides services in France for the first time, it shall first inform the registration commission referred to inArticle L. 141-2 by means of a written declaration, including in particular information relating to its financial guarantee and professional indemnity insurance. The declaration is recorded in the register referred to inarticle L. 141-3.

This declaration must be repeated if there are any changes to the information contained in the declaration, and must be renewed every three years if the service provider continues to operate in France.

Lorsque le prestataire fournit pour la première fois des services en France, il en informe au préalable la commission d’immatriculation mentionnée à l’article L. 141-2 par une déclaration écrite, comprenant notamment les informations relatives à sa garantie financière et son assurance de responsabilité civile professionnelle. La déclaration est enregistrée au registre mentionné à l’article L. 141-3.


Cette déclaration est réitérée en cas de changement dans les éléments de la déclaration et doit être renouvelée tous les trois ans si le prestataire poursuit son activité vers la France.
