Article L212-29 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Any cinema exhibitor who joins an approved access formula is subject to the conditions of the approval.

Any exhibitor who does not benefit from the guarantee provided for in article L. 212-30 is obliged to apply, in the contracts for the granting of cinematographic representation rights that he concludes, the reference price applied by the exhibitor who holds the approval in application of article L. 212-28.

L’exploitant qui ne bénéficie pas de la garantie prévue à l’article L. 212-30 est tenu d’appliquer, dans les contrats de concession des droits de représentation cinématographique qu’il conclut, le prix de référence pratiqué par l’exploitant titulaire de l’agrément en application de l’article L. 212-28.
