Article L2123-18-1-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

According to the conditions laid down in an annual resolution, the municipal council may make a vehicle available to its members or to municipal employees where this is justified by the performance of their mandates or duties.

Any other benefit in kind is subject to a resolution specifying the name of the employee and the terms and conditions of use.

Selon des conditions fixées par une délibération annuelle, le conseil municipal peut mettre un véhicule à disposition de ses membres ou des agents de la commune lorsque l’exercice de leurs mandats ou de leurs fonctions le justifie.

Tout autre avantage en nature fait l’objet d’une délibération nominative, qui en précise les modalités d’usage.
