Trade union communications are freely posted on boards reserved for this purpose, separate from those allocated to communications from the social and economic committee.

A copy of the union communications is sent to the employer at the same time as they are posted.

The boards are made available to each trade union section in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed with the employer.

L’affichage des communications syndicales s’effectue librement sur des panneaux réservés à cet usage, distincts de ceux affectés aux communications du comité social et économique.

Un exemplaire des communications syndicales est transmis à l’employeur, simultanément à l’affichage.

Les panneaux sont mis à la disposition de chaque section syndicale suivant des modalités fixées par accord avec l’employeur.
