Article L2162-3 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in article 511-22 of the French Penal Code, reproduced below:

“The act of carrying out medically assisted procreation activities without having obtained the authorisation provided for in the fourth paragraph of article L. 2142-1 of the Public Health Code or without complying with the prescriptions of the latter is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros. “

Comme il est dit à l’article 511-22 du code pénal ci-après reproduit :

” Le fait de mettre en oeuvre des activités d’assistance médicale à la procréation sans avoir recueilli l’autorisation prévue par le quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 2142-1 du code de la santé publique ou sans se conformer aux prescriptions de cette dernière est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d’amende. “
