Any unsolicited visit by a trader to a consumer’s home with a view to selling products or providing services is prohibited where the consumer has made it clear and unambiguous that he does not wish to be the subject of such a visit.

Est interdite toute visite non sollicitée d’un professionnel au domicile d’un consommateur en vue de vendre des produits ou de fournir des services lorsque le consommateur a manifesté de manière claire et non ambiguë ne pas vouloir faire l’objet d’une telle visite.
