Article L221-20 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Any withdrawal of funds will result in the closure of the plan. The plan is closed on the death of the holder.

Withdrawals after the tenth year do not result in closure of the plan. However, no payments may be made after the first withdrawal.

Tout retrait de fonds entraîne la clôture du plan. Le plan est clos au décès du titulaire.

Au-delà de la dixième année, les retraits n’entraînent pas la clôture de plan. Toutefois aucun versement n’est possible après le premier retrait.
