Article L2222-2 of the French Labour Code

Where the scope of application of a rider or appendix differs from that of the agreement it amends or supplements, it must be specified in accordance with the provisions of article L. 2222-1.

Lorsque le champ d’application d’un avenant ou d’une annexe diffère de celui de la convention ou de l’accord qu’il modifie ou complète, il doit être précisé conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 2222-1.
