Article L2222-3 of the French Labour Code

Under the conditions laid down in Title IV of Book II of Part Two of this Code, the collective labour agreement or arrangement defines :

1° The timetable for negotiations ;

2° The procedures for taking into account, in the branch or company, requests relating to negotiation topics from one or more representative employee trade union organisations.

Dans les conditions prévues au titre IV du livre II de la deuxième partie du présent code, la convention ou l’accord collectif de travail définit :

2° Les modalités de prise en compte, dans la branche ou l’entreprise, des demandes relatives aux thèmes de négociation émanant d’une ou des organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives.
