Article L2242-16 of the French Labour Code

The negotiations provided for in Article L. 2242-15 give rise to information by the employer on the provision of employees to the trade union organisations or employers’ associations mentioned in Article L. 2231-1.

In undertakings which are not subject to this annual obligation to negotiate, the employer provides employees who so request with information on the provision of employees to the trade union organisations or employers’ associations mentioned in article L. 2231-1.

La négociation prévue à l’article L. 2242-15 donne lieu à une information par l’employeur sur les mises à disposition de salariés auprès des organisations syndicales ou des associations d’employeurs mentionnées à l’article L. 2231-1.

Dans les entreprises qui ne sont pas soumises à cette obligation annuelle de négocier, l’employeur communique aux salariés qui en font la demande une information sur les mises à disposition de salariés auprès des organisations syndicales ou des associations d’employeurs mentionnées à l’article L. 2231-1.
