Article L2261-8 of the French Labour Code

The amendment revising all or part of an agreement or arrangement automatically replaces the stipulations of the agreement or arrangement that it amends.

It may be invoked against all employers and employees bound by the agreement, in accordance with the filing conditions set out in article L. 2231-6.

Article L2261-8

L’avenant portant révision de tout ou partie d’une convention ou d’un accord se substitue de plein droit aux stipulations de la convention ou de l’accord qu’il modifie.

Il est opposable, dans des conditions de dépôt prévues à l’article L. 2231-6, à l’ensemble des employeurs et des salariés liés par la convention ou l’accord.
