Article L2262-11 of the French Labour Code

Organisations or groupings which have the capacity to bring legal proceedings and which are bound by an agreement or arrangement may bring in their own name any action seeking performance of the commitments entered into and, where appropriate, damages against the other organisations or groupings, their own members or any person bound by the agreement or arrangement.

Les organisations ou groupements ayant la capacité d’agir en justice, liés par une convention ou un accord, peuvent intenter en leur nom propre toute action visant à obtenir l’exécution des engagements contractés et, le cas échéant, des dommages-intérêts contre les autres organisations ou groupements, leurs propres membres ou toute personne liée par la convention ou l’accord.
