Article L2262-2 of the French Labour Code

Membership of a signatory organisation or grouping has the same consequences as membership of the collective labour agreement itself, provided that the conditions for membership set out in Article L. 2261-3 are met.

L’adhésion à une organisation ou à un groupement signataire emporte les conséquences de l’adhésion à la convention ou à l’accord collectif de travail lui-même, sous réserve que les conditions d’adhésion prévues à l’article L. 2261-3 soient réunies.
