All employees, including direct supervisory staff, in each workshop or office constituting a work unit have the right to meet in a workshop or office council.
Employees meet in each workshop or office at least once every two months and for at least six hours a year during working hours. The time spent at these meetings may not give rise to a reduction in remuneration. Employees may express their views on all matters concerning the life of the workshop or office.
Management staff with direct responsibility for the workshop or office are involved in organising meetings and following them up.
