When the number of employees holding fixed-term employment contracts and the number of temporary employees has increased significantly compared with the situation at the last meeting of the Social and Economic Committee at which this subject was discussed, the issue is automatically placed on the agenda for the next ordinary meeting of the Committee if the majority of Committee members so request.
At this ordinary meeting, the employer shall inform the committee of the number of employees with fixed-term employment contracts and temporary employees, the reasons for using them and the number of days worked by the persons concerned since the last communication on this subject.
