Article L2315-30 of the French Labour Code

The agenda for Social and Economic Committee meetings is sent by the Chairman to the Committee members, to the Labour Inspectorate official referred to in Article L. 8112-1 and to the Social Security bodies’ prevention services official at least three days before the meeting.

L’ordre du jour des réunions du comité social et économique est communiqué par le président aux membres du comité, à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 ainsi qu’à l’agent des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale trois jours au moins avant la réunion.
