Article L2315-48 of the French Labour Code

The Economic Committee meets at least twice a year.

It may ask to hear any senior manager or director of the company with the agreement of the employer.

It may be assisted by the Chartered Accountant who assists the Social and Economic Committee and by experts chosen by the Committee under the conditions set out in sub-section 10.

Elle peut demander à entendre tout cadre supérieur ou dirigeant de l’entreprise après accord de l’employeur.
