Article L2334-4 of the French Labour Code

The Group Works Council may be assisted by a chartered accountant in carrying out the tasks set out in Article L. 2332-1. This expert is remunerated by the dominant undertaking.

The Chartered Accountant has access to the same documents as the statutory auditors of the undertakings making up the Group, in order to carry out any checks or controls that fall within the scope of these tasks.

Pour l’exercice des missions prévues par l’article L. 2332-1, le comité de groupe peut se faire assister par un expert-comptable. Celui-ci est rémunéré par l’entreprise dominante.

Pour opérer toute vérification ou tout contrôle entrant dans l’exercice de ces missions, l’expert-comptable a accès aux mêmes documents que les commissaires aux comptes des entreprises constitutives du groupe.
