Article L242-2 of the French Insurance Code

In the cases provided for by articles 1831-1 to 1831-5 of the Civil Code relating to property development contracts, as well as by articles L. 222-1 to L. 222-5 of the French Construction and Housing Code the obligations defined in articles L. 241-2 and L. 242-1 are incumbent on the property developer.

Article L242-2

Dans les cas prévus par les articles 1831-1 à 1831-5 du code civil relatifs au contrat de promotion immobilière, ainsi que par les articles L. 222-1 à L. 222-5 du code de la construction et de l’habitation les obligations définies aux articles L. 241-2 et L. 242-1 incombent au promoteur immobilier.
