Any member of the Town Council who, without excuse, has missed five consecutive meetings ceases to be a member of the Town Council. The fact that a member has missed five consecutive meetings without excuse is recorded by an entry in the register intended to receive the minutes of the municipal council.

Tout membre du conseil municipal qui, sans excuse, a manqué cinq séances consécutives cesse d’être membre du conseil municipal. Le fait qu’un membre a manqué sans excuse cinq séances consécutives est constaté par une mention sur le registre destiné à recevoir les procès-verbaux du conseil municipal.
