Article L2541-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The opposition against the decision of the town council referred to in article L. 2541-9 and against the finding referred to in Article L. 2541-10 is brought before the administrative court within ten days of the date on which the contested decision was taken or the finding recorded in the minutes.

The objection may only be lodged by the municipal councillors directly concerned.

It is judged by way of full jurisdiction.

The judgement of the administrative court is final, subject to appeal to the Supreme Court.

L’opposition contre la décision du conseil municipal visée à l’article L. 2541-9 ainsi que contre la constatation visée à l’article L. 2541-10 est portée devant le tribunal administratif dans les dix jours de la date à laquelle la décision attaquée a été prise ou la constatation consignée au procès-verbal.

L’opposition ne peut être formée que par les conseillers municipaux directement intéressés.

Elle est jugée par la voie de la pleine juridiction.

Le jugement du tribunal administratif est définitif, sous réserve du recours en cassation.
